A Streamline report is designed to help you make a knowledgeable and informed decision on whether to purchase a strata unit. Best of all, we don't charge you a huge price because we have streamlined the process! Streamline's searches are simple, efficient and effective. We have an experienced team of customer service staff and inspectors who will provide you with a copy of minutes of meetings held in the last two years and a copy of relevant correspondence presented by the strata manager for a period of up to 2 years. This way you will know what is going on at the building, if there are special levies, loans and all you will be made aware of all the important information before you buy.
