The process is easily and it results in a 3rd party getting the information quickly. In developed countries, there would be millions of daily transactions handled this way. In Streamline's case, the information you type into Streamline's order form is transferred to Streamline in a text format and it arrives at Streamline's offices as an e-mail.
Filling in this form does not cost you any extra for Internet access time or uploading or downloading charges. If you fill out the Streamline form you will not be subjected to unwanted spam mail nor will your information be used by Streamline for any other purpose than the order you are currently placing. In the strata inspection or strata searching industry there are no standards of what should be included in a strata inspection report. We have streamlined the process to give you what you need without the padding but it won't suit everyone especially if you are buying a property costing in the millions. Filling in the form - Back to Top Start by filling in the details which are displayed on the form. It is common when ordering strata record searches reports not to have all of the details. But you should be able to get most of the information from the sale contract. As we have a good database we can look up who manages buildings once we know the plan number in one of the Queensland formats such as the CTS number or alternatively BUP/GTP/SP number(s). Using our records we can almost certainly track down the strata manager. Some privately managed buildings are a bit harder to identify who has the books and records but we can generally find them. Submit your order by fax - Back to Top From the Order Form, click on the "Click here if you prefer a Fax Order Form" button at the top of the page. This will load a blank fax order form on your screen This is a PDF document and it can be saved to your computers hard disk or you can print it out when ever you need it. The same form also appears on our Streamline's Home Page. Once you have your blank form, it can be filled in by hand or used with a manual typewriter. Once you have completed a your order, sign and date it and fax it to Streamline.
